- providing us with some information about yourself to enable us to provide you with the most appropriate answer to your question; and
- agreeing to our Disclaimers (which are displayed on the ‘Ask a Question’ webpage).
How we will answer your question: We will confirm acceptance of your question to you in writing (email) as soon as possible. We will then follow up with an answer to your question. We aim to answer all questions within 24 hours, but cannot guarantee this.

Our services are limited to answering questions relating to new car advice. We do not sell any cars, enter into any sales negotiations either with you or on your behalf, or offer finance to purchase any car. Please note that if you decide to buy a car from a car dealer, you will be entering an agreement with that car dealer or broker directly, whether independently or via a link on our site, and we are not a party to that agreement. The services offered by us in no way constitute an offer to sell any car and it is up to you to negotiate the terms of any sale (including price) that you may agree to, whether through using our site or otherwise. Our advice is limited to an advised car brand/s and/or a specific model or product, not an individual car or offer from a car seller.
We cannot accept questions that do not relate to a new car that is offered for sale in the United Kingdom, and we cannot accept questions about used cars.
Your right to make changes: If you wish to make a change to your question please contact us.
Price of asking a question: Our question and answer service is offered free of charge to retail customers. For company car enquiries, please contact email@example.com so that we may provide you with a tailored quote.
